1. General

1.1 Bed & Breakfast Koetshuis kasteel Ammersoyen is described on the website benbkasteelammersoyen.nl 
This website has been compiled with the utmost care.

There may be differences between the text and/or photos presented on the website and the actual situation at Bed & Breakfast Koetshuis kasteel Ammersoyen at the time of the visit. No rights can be derived from this.

1.2 All rooms are suitable for a maximum of two persons.

A cot of 1.20m can be added for children up to 4 years old, extra costs € 25,00. Babies in their own carry cot stay free of charge.

1.3 Your pet (max. 1 per room) is welcome in B&B koetshuis kasteel Ammersoyen, rate per stay € 10,00.       

1.4 Check-in

On the day of arrival, your room will be available to you from 15:00 and you can check in with us until 18:00. If you arrive after 18:00, the b&b kasteel Ammersoyen will be closed and someone will have to come specially to check you in. This may incur additional costs.

1.5 Night Register

As an obligation of the Municipality of Maasdriel, every guest of Ammersoyen Castle is registered individually in the night-time register. To this end, you must be able to identify yourself with a valid identity document.

1.6 Checking out

In connection with the cleaning of the rooms, you must leave the rooms by 10.00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure.   

1.7. Breakfast

Breakfast is served between 08.00 and 10.00 in our dining room.

Breakfast after 10.00 is possible, but only if the room is checked out.

You can have breakfast earlier, in which case we will prepare breakfast for you the night before.

In fine weather, you can have breakfast outside on the terrace.

Please indicate any allergies/dietary requirements when booking.

1.8 Parking

Cars can be parked in the car park of Kasteel en Koetshuis Ammersoyen; parking is entirely at your own risk.

The car park is accessible at all times and has 2 charging points for electric cars.

Bicycles can be parked right next to the B&B entrance. This parking area is not covered, the bicycles are safe because the gate on the forecourt is closed at night. There is a charging point for electric bikes, a bicycle pump and a repair kit.

2. Rates and prices

2.1 Room prices are described on our website and also on other websites we use for advertising

2.2 Prices includes breakfast, use of towels and bed linen, water and electricity and final cleaning.         

2.3 Prices do not include costs of cancellation and/or travel insurance and/or other costs such as tourist tax.

2.4 Prices of Bed & Breakfast B&B Koetshuis Castle Ammersoyen are always without obligation and are subject to interim changes.

3. Booking and payment

3.1 Booking

Your reservation is final once we have received your payment.We will confirm your reservation by e-mail.

4. Cancellation

4.1 Cancellation conditions if you have booked directly by phone/e-mail or our website benebkasteelammersoyen.nl:

Until 7 days before arrival : € 25,00 administration fee per room booked

From 7 days before arrival no refund possible. However, it is possible to postpone the booking up to a maximum of 3 months after the original booking date. An administration fee of € 25.00 per room booked is charged.

5. Complaints

5.1 We try to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Despite our good care and efforts, you may still have a complaint or comment. In order to resolve them properly, we ask you to notify us immediately during or after your stay.

6. Liability

6.1 Bed & Breakfast Koetshuis Castle Ammersoyen cannot be held liable for damage suffered by the guest or third parties as a result of the stay in the room in question.

The guest indemnifies Bed & Breakfast Koetshuis kasteel Ammersoyen against any claims in this respect.

6.2 Bed & Breakfast Koetshuis kasteel Ammersoyen is not liable for failures in and around the accommodation, such as failures and breakdowns of electricity, WiFi, water supplies and technical installations, as well as unannounced or untimely construction and/or road works in the vicinity of Bed & Breakfast Koetshuis kasteel Ammersoyen.

6.3 Bed & Breakfast Koetshuis Castle Ammersoyen accepts no liability for loss, theft, damage or accidents caused to persons and/or property during or as a result of the stay in the relevant room(s) or general areas of Bed and Breakfast Koetshuis Castle Ammersoyen.

6.4 The principal guest named in the booking confirmation is responsible for orderly conduct in and around the room(s) in question.

6.5 Items must be handled with care, the room must therefore be left tidy and decent.

This also applies to the use of items in and around the Bed and Breakfast.

6.6 Breakage or damage must be reported immediately by the guest.

If, after checking out, it turns out that things have been left broken and this has not been reported to the owner, the repair and/or replacement costs incurred will still be charged to the principal guest.

7. Safety

7.1 The b&b kasteel Ammersoyen and Ammersoyen castle are historical buildings and monuments, therefore extra safety measures apply.

7.2 It is strictly forbidden to smoke or use open flames in the entire building.

7.3 Misuse of fire/extinguishers or disabling the smoke detector is prohibited.

7.4 All rooms are located on the first floor of the B&b kasteel Ammersoyen and are only accessible by stairs.

7.5 The property is surrounded by a moat with steep sides. Please pay extra attention to children

7.6 An AED is available in the castle, to the left after the visitors' entrance (only accessible during opening of the castle)

8. Final provision

8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Non-Dutch-speaking guests are deemed to agree to the terms and conditions.

8.2 All disputes arising from the user agreement or these terms and conditions shall be settled in the first instance by the competent court in the Netherlands, insofar as the rules of international private law do not provide otherwise.

8.3 None of the parties may assign its rights and obligations to third parties insofar as these terms and conditions do not provide otherwise.

8.4 If and insofar as any provision in the user agreement and the present terms and conditions should prove to be null and void, the other terms and conditions shall remain in force and the void article shall be deemed to have been converted in such a way as to bring it into line with the parties' apparent intentions.

Definitions:

Main Guest

The person who has made a reservation at Bed & Breakfast Koetshuis Castle Ammersoyen.The principal guest is 18 years or older and is responsible for his or her fellow guests and has a permanent place of residence or abode.

Hostess or host

The person representing B&B Koetshuis kasteel Ammersoyen as hostess or host.

Third party

Any other legal entity that is not a guest, hostess, host or owner.

Cancellation
The revocation or cancellation of the final reservation within the applicable period.

Stay

The entire period between check-in and check-out.
